With some influences from the French and Spanish cuisine, the Andorran traditional food is mainly Catalan.

The traditional dish is Escudella which is a light pork stew with seasonal vegetables. As a mainly winter dish, during Christmas, you can try it with a traditional type of pasta, called sopa de galets or sopa.

Another traditional dish of Andorra is Embotits with cured meats. It includes different types of Andorran sausages, hams and black puddings. 

The dishes can be found on almost every Andorran table and are eaten throughout the year.
